1. Return Eligibility & Safety Standards

Due to strict temperature control requirements, chemical integrity standards, and biosafety protocols governing research compounds, opened or unsealed peptide vials cannot be returned or re-sold. We accept returns strictly on unopened, outer-seal intact packages within 14 days of receipt.

Steps to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@purespeptides.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, clear photographs of the sealed items, and the reason for the request.
  3. Once authorized, return instructions and the dispatch address will be provided by our support team.

2. Damaged or Faulty Vials

In the rare event that a package arrives damaged or a vial is compromised during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Send photographic evidence to sales@purespeptides.co.uk, and we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund including delivery fees.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that return postage costs for non-faulty returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
